Car woes

Chad had an early meeting on Sunday which he went to. When he came home he told me someone had hit the car in the parking lot. How lovely is that?!! The guy who hit the car came and found Chad and he gave him his insurance info. Apparently the guy had not scrapped his windshield all of the way and turned wide to get into a parking spot not thinking somebody would be parked on the other side that early in the morning. He knocked the car 45 degrees and smashed the bumper as well as all of the lights on the back passenger side of the car. The insurance has been really good to work with (unlike the last time when I got rear ended) and our car is at the body shop to be repaired. It's costing like $1,200 to fix. I'm glad it's not my bill. The car won't be done though until the 26th so I get to drive a rental car around for the next 3 weeks or so until the car is done.
