Dog Pile

When Chad plays with the kids, he does dog piles with them (not rough of course). The kids love it and love to pile on top of him. Hannah was being pretty grumpy the other day and Chad said to her, "I think you need a dog pile Hannah!" Her initial reaction was "No, I don't!" She quickly changed her mind and said, "sure". She proceeded to go into the living room and then laid on the floor so she was ready for Chad to dog pile her which he did. It was quite amusing to watch her from the initial reaction to laying on the floor. We got a good laugh from her and it helped to change her mood. Way to go Chad!

If there is anything I learned in parenting....it is that you need to enjoy each cute stage and cherish these precious days of watching your children grow....because before you know it.. they are gone and you can't get it back!!

Sounds like you are enjoying yours!

Chad, don't forget how small the kids are and how big you are.
I don't want any smashed grandkids!! Dog piles are a lot of fun as I recall. I also like the idea of the new timeout room. Those bars must have been hard to put in.
