Requested recipes

Here they are for your eating enjoyment!

Peanut Butter Bars

1 pound powdered sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
8 ounces peanut butter
8 ounces melted butter
Combine these ingredients and then press into a 9x13 pan. Then melt one package of chocolate chips with one stick butter over low heat. Then pour chocolate mixture over the crumb mixture and cool.

Chocolate Raspberry Bars

Crust
1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
Mix these ingredients and press into 9x9 pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes until lightly brown.

Spread 1/2 c. raspberry jam over warm crust.

4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. vanilla flavored chips
Mix these ingredients together and put on top of raspberry jam layer. You have to do it in blobs since it is kindof thick and doesn't spread well over the jam. Put the pan back into the warm oven for just a few minutes to soften the chips. You don't want them to melt. The chips should still keep their shape just be softened. Let cool for 1 hour or so.

3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. shortening
Melt theses ingredients in the microwave and spread over the top.

To make a 9x13 pan size double the ingredients.
Also it needs to be refrigerated because of the cream cheese.

Enjoy!
