Canning

Isn't this a pretty sight!? In September I spent hours doing canning. I spent a Saturday doing Salsa with my sister Shauna. I don't usually do salsa but I like this stuff! I spent two whole evenings into the wee hours of the morning doing pears and peaches. It was a lot of work and I got sick from the lack of sleep but I love having my food storage shelves full of good things to eat.
